Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation Grant A Wish Application 2024

The Grant A Wish Spectacular by the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation was founded in 2020 by Bella Brown and Angelo Almonte. This program allows for patient families holiday wish lists to be sponsored for the upcoming holiday season.

In order to apply for the Holiday Rizzo Series, patients must be under the age of 18 and in active treatment for a cancer diagnosis.

You must complete the following application, if chosen to be part of our Holiday Series, we will contact you by October 20 to request your families wish list. Applications are due no later than October 11, 2024.
